Sitah Almishari is an executive who specializes in governance design, institutional policy, strategic advisory, and systems that support lasting change. With over a decade of experience spanning national research and the public sector, her unique approach makes the complex feel practical, possible, and purposeful.
As Founder of SMSF, Sitah partners with institutions to build governance frameworks that do more than meet standards. They create stability and clarity through simplification. Her approach challenges the idea that governance needs to be heavy or complicated to be effective. Instead, she designs systems that are lean, transparent, and usable by all leaders.
Her background includes leading innovation programs in sustainability, construction, and public-sector transformation at the national level. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Policy and has published research and delivered seminars on governance, urban systems, and sustainable development.
Sitah currently serves on the Circular Economy Committee at Riyadh Chamber.
